3.3 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jl24 login credentials. 3.4 Players must notify jl24 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their jl24 account.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl24 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any jl24 content.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl24 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the jl24 platform, including losses of winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or regulatory actions.
10.2 jl24's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
10.3 jl24 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and occasional service interruptions are a feature of any technology platform and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
11.1 jl24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jl24 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, violated applicable Philippine law, or engaged in conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the platform.
11.2 In the event of termination, jl24 will return any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus deductions and any amounts subject to AML holds) to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of required KYC documentation.
11.3 Players may voluntarily close their jl24 account at any time by contacting support. Note that self-exclusion is processed as a permanent measure and the account cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the rules of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
12.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the jl24 platform shall first be submitted to jl24's internal dispute resolution process. 12.3 The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal process described above.
13.1 jl24 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.
13.2 The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shall supersede all prior versions. The current effective date is June 1, 2026.
